Check in, Check out

• Avoid paying 20 - 30 % commissions. If you rent your apartment directly, we will take care of check in and check out.
• We greet your guests, provide keys and explain everything they need to know about the apartment.
•Your guests will have very short wait times if any.
• Our hours are from 8 a.m - 8 p.m., after these hours there is a little extra charge.
• Our rate is $25.00 per service .

| Maid |
• We can provide maid services before and after your guests arrive.
• Our fee is $30.00 for full service cleaning including the linens (if laundry facilities are in the apartment).
|
| Rental |
• In addition to any service you are currently using we can try and rent your apartment.
• Our fee is 20% of rent.

| Concierge |
